Submissions

Looking for polished poetry, prose with strong imagery, not greeting card or overtly sentimental,  interested more in free verse, though MM is not opposed to contemporary rhyming-of  the new formalist and from the rap hip hop traditions.   We like poet’s that play with language  and sound play (alliterative,  assonance, etc) and uses strong, rich  images.     Voice, strong voice, dynamic in nature.   We also like humorous pieces, magical realism,  poetry of a post modernist bent, imagist, narrative poetry, spoken word,  universal voices, including gay, lesbian, bi and  transgendered voices.
